  Do NOT buy this product. First of all, my rope has arrived in a poor state, with places where the outer sheath is frayed, making the internal leads white internal visible. Large portions are, therefore, unusable. I can't use the rope along its entire length, so that it was one of the reasons for my purchase. This item is sold as paracorde 550, a rope supposed to be solid. This one doesn't give at all the impression : the cord is very loose, the 7 internal leads are very loose also, do not "stick" of the outer sheath and out very very easily. Therefore, even the parties "in good condition" in my rope give a true impression of poor quality. When one leaves the internal leads of the sheath, they disassemble themselves into smaller wires. Quality zero. You may be able to use this string to do the braidings in paracorde to be referred to strictly decorative, but don't count on it for any other use as rope... Side color, the rope is black, not washed out. It is the unique positive point (but it has no practical utility). I am very disappointed. For the price, that is still quite high, I was expecting much better! I would like to clarify that the shipment was fast, well packaged by Amazon. Unfortunately my product arrived defective. I do absolutely recommend not this product. If you are looking for the real paracorde, buy elsewhere.
